This project aims to transform the competitive intelligence gathering process for a major international manufacturing company with over 20,000 employees. Faced with the challenge of monitoring 39 competitors across five technology segments, we partnered with this company to develop an automated system that enhances efficiency and accuracy. Utilizing advanced web crawling technologies, we gathered more than 3,000 news articles monthly, enabling precise segmentation of relevant signals from noise. This innovative approach not only conserves resources but also uncovers critical market insights that might be missed through traditional manual methods.
