Signals where your teams already work.

Gopf delivers prioritized market signals into Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and email – and connects to SAP as an SAP partner, so every signal is weighed against your real suppliers and open orders.

No new portal to learn and no copying between tools. Your internal data makes signals more relevant; your collaboration tools make sure they reach the people who act on them.

What each integration does

Your data in, signals out.

SAP and SharePoint tell Gopf what matters to your business. Teams, SharePoint, email and your AI assistant carry the signals to the people who need them.

SAP

Your business as the yardstick

Gopf reads your suppliers and open orders from SAP to know where your business is exposed. A supplier's restructuring is weighed against the orders you have open with them – so you know which deliveries are at risk and can plan alternatives in time.

Gopf is an SAP partner. The connection is optional: the Gopf platform is fully usable without it, and if you want it, we set it up with your IT whenever it suits you.

Outcome: relevance measured against your real business
MICROSOFT TEAMS

The right signal in the right channel

Each team receives the signals that concern it – sales the customer expansion, procurement the supplier risk, strategy the market shift – as a message in its own channel, with priority, implication and sources.

Discussion happens in the thread, next to the rest of the team's work. Feedback on signals sharpens the prioritization over time.

Outcome: signals reach the people who act
SHAREPOINT

A searchable signal archive

Regular briefings and the full signal history are filed in a SharePoint site of your choice, inside your own Microsoft 365 – searchable, shareable and governed by your existing permissions.

Selected documents – strategy papers, account plans, market notes – can also be connected as internal data, so Gopf understands your priorities.

Outcome: market knowledge that stays in the company
CLAUDE, CHATGPT & COPILOT · MCP

Your market, inside your AI assistant

Through Gopf's MCP server (Model Context Protocol), the AI assistant you already use works with Gopf directly: ask what changed at a competitor, pull the latest signals for a customer, or search the sources Gopf monitors – in plain language.

Answers come with their original sources, so they can flow straight into your own analyses, slides and reports.

Outcome: Gopf's knowledge wherever you already work with AI
EMAIL & WEB PLATFORM

Everyone covered

A regular email digest for people who live in their inbox, and the Gopf web platform for deep dives: the full ecosystem map, every signal with its numbered sources and the archived originals.

Unlimited users on every subscription; onboarding a new user takes 10–20 minutes.

Outcome: nothing gets lost between tools

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Is Gopf an SAP partner?

Yes. Gopf is an SAP partner and reads your suppliers and open orders from SAP, so you see which orders a market change affects and can plan alternatives in time. It is an option, not a prerequisite: the Gopf platform is fully usable without it, and if you want SAP connected, we set it up with your IT whenever it suits you.

Do we need SAP to use Gopf?

No. Without SAP, we build your ecosystem map from your input and our research. Connecting SAP makes signals sharper, because they are weighed against your real suppliers and open orders.

Which Microsoft 365 tools does Gopf support?

Microsoft Teams for delivering and discussing signals, and SharePoint for briefings, the signal archive and – if you choose – as a source of internal documents. Email digests work with any mail system.

Where is our data stored, and who can see it?

All data is hosted in Switzerland, in a Google Cloud data center in Zurich, on an instance isolated for your company. AI models process data with zero retention, and your data is never used for training. Signals in Teams and SharePoint stay inside your Microsoft 365 and follow your existing permissions. Gopf is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.

What if we don't use Microsoft Teams?

Signals are also available as an email digest and in the Gopf web platform, with unlimited users on every subscription.

Can we use Gopf in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?

Yes. Gopf offers an MCP server (Model Context Protocol), so AI assistants that support MCP – such as Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot – can work with your signals, company profiles and archived sources directly. Each person connects with their own Gopf account, and answers can cite the original sources.
